  • Avoid wearing shoes for long hours and break your shoes in gently. Walk on a variety of surfaces-rough,smooth,marble and check your balance. You can experiment your task with thick sole shoes and comfortable cotton clothes.
  • When covering for long distance,opt for a right pair of boots and say no-no to any new pair of shoes,as it may ruin your comfort zone.
