Jodhpur

Meherangarh Fort
The magnificent Meherangarh Fort was erected by the chief of Rathore clan- Rao Jodha in 1459. The Fort comprises of number of attractions like exquisite palaces, galleries, a museum and temples. These historical buildings are designed with intricate inlay work and architectural splendor.

Umaid Bhawan
The 20th century Umaid Bhawan was built by Maharaja Umaid Singh. It is an architectural marvel, which stand as a clear sign of its regal grace. Some part of the Palace is now converted into hotel and some in museum.

Jaswant Thada
Set near to Meherangarh Fort complex, the Jaswant Thada is one of the fascinating attractions of Jodhpur. White marble cenotaph was built to commemorate Maharaja Jaswant Singh. The building treasures several portraits of Jodhpur former ruler.

Mandore Gardens
Mandore Gardens forms one of the major place of tourist interest in Jodhpur. The Garden is enhanced with sprawling gardens, cenotaphs, temples and creative sculptures.
