Tourist Attractions In Shimla
Chadwick Falls :
Falling from a height of 67 m, Chadwick Falls nestles between clogged woods and it's always advisable to visit it after the monsoons, as the view of this aquatic luster is in its bloom. The best time to visit the site is during July to October. However there are some ancient temples near the falls which too attracts loads of tourists.

The Mall:
Famously described as the heart of Shimla, which is always crowded with people who loves moving and shopping around. The place is always filled up with domestic and international tourists. Thus it carries a reputation of being the hill station's biggest attraction.

Christ Church
Built in 1846-1857, the church stands tall dominating a ridge, and is regarded as the second oldest church all over North India. Summer Hill
1 km from Boilaeuganj, Summer Hill is located at an altitude of 1,283 m, and is the most pleasing spot on Shimla-Kalka Railway line. It's calm and placid surroundings are perfect for shadowed walks over the region.

Elysium Hill
Housing the wood trade and the popular Auckland House, which was used as the mansion house by Viceroy Lord Auckland once. As for today, the House is utilized as popular girls academy . The hill is also recognized through its Stirling Castle, which is being used as an orphans' asylum for Tibetan children and a protective covering for locally colonized Tibetan outlanders.

Shimla State Museum
Located on top of a hill, above the Chaura Maidan at Shimla, it nestles in a colonial building, known as Inverarm. The Shimla State Museum contains a large accumulation of glorious paintings, sculptures, coins, handicrafts, photos, etc of not only the state of Himachal Pradesh but outside too. Mashobra, lies 12 km from Shimla, at an elevation of a 8250 ft and is throughout the world famous for Asia's biggest watershed with the water basins of the Indus on one side and the Ganga on the another.

Wild Flower Hall:
13 km from Shimla, lying on the Mahasu range is the Wild Flower Hall situated at a height of 2498 m. Housed among beautiful wooded surroundings, it dominates an exciting eye shots of the snow. Though it got damaged in a fire in 1993, it serves as a hotel today and attracts many tourists who wish to revisit the magnificence of a departed era.
