The Commonwealth Games is a multinational multi-sport event that is held every four years. It holds special significance for all the sports lovers of the world and drives them crazy. It was glorious day for India and the nationals as the Delhi bid team was awarded the right to host the 2010 edition of Commonwealth Games. This decision was taken during the Commonwealth Games Federation General Assembly meeting in November 2003. India's theme was 2010 - Great Games For Sure. The bid process included a 30 minute audio/ visual presentation.
